Naturalism Seminar: Anthony O'Hear, "Darwin's Beliefs"

Anthony O'Hear delivers his talk 'Darwin's Beliefs' for the 2015-2016 Humane Philosophy Project/Ian Ramsey Centre seminar at the Faculty of Theology and Religion, University of Oxford.

Anthony O’Hear is Professor of Philosophy at the University of Buckingham and Head of the Department of Education. He is also the Honorary Director of the Royal Institute of Philosophy, and Editor of the journal Philosophy. He previously served as Government Advisor on Education and Teacher Training. As a philosopher he takes a special interest in education, including educational philosophy and practice, the curriculum, moral and religious education, and education and politics. He has also written on philosophy of science, philosophy of religion, aesthetics and culture, political philosophy, and ethics.
